We’ll take a lunch break between rounds. Please select your preferred lunch option when purchasing your ticket.
Registration begins at 8:20 a.m. Please be in your seat by 8:45 a.m. for instructions so we can begin playing promptly at 9 a.m.
We’ll play under National Mah Jongg League rules using the 2026 card, with four games per 55-minute round. Players should be comfortable playing independently at that pace. Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall finishers.
We’ll have an optional 50/25/25 raffle benefiting the Diaper Bank of Arizona, along with additional prize drawings. Raffle tickets will be sold separately, and the same tickets will be eligible for the additional drawings. Please bring cash to purchase raffle tickets.
Want to volunteer as East and bring a set? After purchasing your ticket, email 85localaz@gmail.com with your name and order number. We’re looking for a traditional American Mahjong tile set with white or off-white tile faces—colored backs are okay—plus racks and a mat. Please no novelty or highly stylized tiles. We’ll confirm with you if we need your set.
